Підвищення професійної майстерності викладачів глобального виміру демократизації освіти

Abstract

Резюме. Вироблення індивідуальних методик самоосвіти та самовдосконалення поряд з державною відповідальністю за створення необхідних соціально- економічних, правових, духовно-моральних умов для професійної діяльності та розвитку майстерності викладачів. Професійного становлення та зростання майбутнього та задіяного викладача в умовах демократизації вибору моделей освітньо-наукового процесу для формування творчих здібностей у педагогічної еліти. Підвищення професійної майстерності та розвиток творчих здібностей викладачів є необхідною складовою демократизації освіти, а багатогранність педагогічної діяльності створює справжню конкуренцію і є запорукою прогресу всієї системи освіти та професійної зокрема. Перспективні можливості удосконалення згідно власного інтелектуального потенціалу освіти впродовж життя в мирі, злагоді, волі та повазі до прав людини і навчання основам демократії повинні стати частиною змістовно-методологічного наповнення освітнього процесу. Розвиток професійної майстерності викладачів у глобальному вимірі демократизації освіти вважається індикатором суспільного розвитку, а також явищем та історично обумовленою категорією соціального устроюта політики.Abstract. Development of individual methods of self-education and self-improvement, along with state responsibility for creating the necessary socio-economic, legal, spiritual and moral conditions for professional activity and development of teachers' skills are considered in the present study. Future and present teachers’ professional formation and development within the democratic model choice of the educational and scientific process for the formation of creative abilities of the pedagogical elite are characterized. Developing professional skills and creative abilities of teachers is an indispensable component of democratic education. Furthermore, the diversity of pedagogical activity creates real competition and is the key to the progress of the entire education system and the professional one, in particular. Promising opportunities for improving lifelong education under the condition of peace, harmony, freedom and respect for human rights and teaching the basics of democracy should become part of the methodological content of the educational process. The development of teachers' professional skills in the global dimension of education democratization is considered an indicator of social development, as well as a phenomenon and a historically determined category of social order and politics.
