A főiskolások mentálhigiénés megsegítése pszichológiai eszközökkel

Abstract

12 éve dolgozom elsősorban oktatóként a főiskolán. Másodsorban pszichológusként, de a két identitásom nincs meg egymás nélkül. Az elmúlt tucatnyi év tapasztalatát szeretném megosztani, melyekben mind nappalis, mind levelezős hallgatókkal dolgoztam együtt. Bemutatom a főiskolások tipikus mentálhigiénés nehézségeit, kríziseiket, kérdéseiket. Felvázolom azokat a módokat és helyzeteket, ahogyan tudtam segíteni nekik. Különös hangsúllyal a főiskoláról való kimaradás okait és prevenciós lehetőségeit szeretném vázolni. Célom a további prevenciós lehetőségek keresése, illetve hatékony módszer kidolgozása arra, hogyan lehet segítő kapcsolatba „hívni” a problémákkal küzdő diákokat.Abstract. In my presentation I would like to summerise my experiences as a psychology lecturer in our College. My other indentity is beeing a consellor psychologist but one does not exist without the other. In the last twelwe years I have been working with full time and part-time students as well. I wish to show the tipical mentalhiginical difficulties, crisis and dilemmas of our Students. Also presenting the ways and methods how I could support them. I wish to focus on the reasons behind dropping off from College and the possibilities of prevention. My aim is to search further methods of prevention and finding “good practicies” for “inviting” students to a counselling situation.
