General linear group and idempotent matrices over a field

Анотація
Abstract. We consider the problem of representing general linear group of degree
3 over a field F as a product of centralizer of the matrix J := diag(0, 0, 1)
in the group GL3(F) (in notation CGL3(F )(J)) and the set representatives
of right cosets of this group (in notation K(J)).
