Abstract. The objective of this discussion is to outline the design and implementation of an intelligent information system aimed at evaluating qualitative input in line with sustainability principles. This system will aid in informing local government policy decisions regarding budget allocation for entrepreneurial initiatives. Community-based tourism (CBT) serves as the focal point for the development of the "Intelligent Ranking System" for local budgeting. Throughout this presentation, the system assesses four sustainability factors based on the significance of local government involvement across nine criteria. These criteria are determined through the calculation of Fuzzy values derived from expert evaluations, encompassing six linguistic variations. To project future budgetary trajectories, a simulation was constructed utilizing data collected from various tourist destinations of India, tailored specifically for application in local tourism contexts. The system matrix is structured by analyzing deviations from the extreme positive and negative expert impressions, thereby establishing a foundation for ranking. Such a ranking system proves invaluable for service- oriented sectors, particularly those where consumer feedback plays a pivotal role in fostering development and progress.
