Полікультурна освіта іноземців – майбутніх фахівців авіаційної галузі

Abstract

Резюме. Навчання іноземців є однією з глобальних проблем у сучасній світовій педагогічній науці. Вища освіта в Україні орієнтована на міжнародний вимір: обмін знаннями, створення інтерактивних мереж, мобільність викладачів та студентів, міжнародні науково-дослідні проекти з урахуванням національно-культурних цінностей. Тому варто розглянути особливості «міжкультурної комунікації» іноземців.

Abstract. Teaching foreign students is one of the global problems in the modern world of pedagogical science. The aviation industry is the most obvious example of displacement of borders and cultures, nationalities and ethnic groups and interaction. That’s why it is necessary to consider features of “intercultural communication” of foreigners. Intercultural communication is the process of interconnection and interaction of different cultures. This specific subject-subject interaction in which the exchange of information, experience, abilities and skills of speakers of different types of cultures is carried out. Intercultural communication should be considered as a permanent process of interaction of a group of people that exists under certain conditions and is ready to adapt changes in these conditions.
