Організація освіти дорослих у Німеччині

Abstract

Резюме. У статті охарактеризовано організацію освіти дорослих у Німеччині. З'ясовано, що Німеччина є одним із зразків ефективного розвитку галузі освіти дорослих. На сучасному етапі галузь освіти дорослих (ОД) у Німеччині офіційно називається "продовжена освіта" (Weiterbildung). Продовжена освіта передбачає участь у навчанні дорослої людини і входить у контекст освіти впродовж життя. Її завданням є здобування знань і навичок для професійного розвитку особистості, активної участі її в житті суспільства. Країна має децентралізовану систему управління освітою дорослих, де взаємодіють федерація, землі та муніципальна влада. В останні роки у країні видана низка федеральних законів, що містять регулювання управлінням освітою. У Німеччині функціонує широка мережа закладів для освіти дорослих.Abstract. The article is described the organization of adult education in Germany. It is found that Germany is one of the examples of effective development of adult education. At the present stage, the branch of adult education (OD) in Germany is officially called "continuing education" (Weiterbildung). Continued education in volves participation in adult education and is part of the life-long learning context. Its task is to acquire knowledge and skills for professional development of the person, its active participation in the life of society. The country has a decentralized adult education management system, where the federation, the land and the municipal government interact. In recent years, the country has issued a number of federal laws that contain regulation of education management. In Germany there is a wide network of adult education establishments.
