Інклюзія під час війни: як підтримати дітей з особливими освітніми потребами?

Abstract

Резюме. У статті досліджується проблема інклюзії під час війни та питання підтримки дітей з особливими освітніми потребами. Аналізуються різні виклики, які виникають відносно доступності освіти для дітей з різними видами інвалідності та умови, які впливають на навчання таких дітей в умовах війни. Далі розглядається проблема підтримки дітей з особливими потребами в умовах війни та запропоновані різні способи підтримки навчання таких дітей, включаючи забезпечення доступу до спеціалізованих засобів навчання та залучення спеціалізованих фахівців. Заключні розділи статті присвячені викликам, які ставляться перед освітніми системами в умовах війни та можливим шляхам подолання цих викликів.Abstract. This article explores the issue of inclusion during war and the question of supporting children with special educational needs. The various challenges concerning the accessibility of education for children with different disabilities and the conditions that affect their learning during war are analyzed. Furthermore, the problem of supporting children with special needs in the context of war is discussed, and various ways of supporting the education of such children are proposed, including providing access to specialized learning tools and involving specialized professionals. The concluding sections of the article are devoted to the challenges posed to educational systems during war and possible ways to overcome these challenges.
