Основи розвитку інклюзивної освіти та класифікація дітей з особливими освітніми потребами

Abstract

Резюме. На сучасному етапі освітнього процесу велика увага приділяється на інклюзивне навчання. Не лише в міжнародній літературі приділяється увага, але і в міжнародних організаціях також займає пріоритетне місце в освітньому політиці країни ЄС. Варто зазначити, що важливі зміни у шкільній освіті відбуваються не тільки в нашій державі, але й в інших європейських країнах. Для того, щоб освіту нашого краю змогли покращити, дуже важливо поглянути на міжнародний досвід, яка вже з давна приділяє велику увагу інклюзивного навчання. Аналізуючи особливості ключових термінів на міжнародному фоні та хронологію періодизації інклюзивної освіти дозволить нам визначити їх рівень ефективності та скоригувати шляхи модернізації інклюзивну освіту в Україні. У статті теоретично проаналізовано розвиток інклюзивної освіти, зокрема інклюзивної освіти Угорщини. Було детально описано інтерпретація поняття особливі освітні потреби (ООП). Також було проведено аналіз, яким чином відрізняється категоризація осіб з ООП у світі, та класифікація осіб з ООП за дослідженнями ISCED.Abstract. At the current stage of the educational process, much attention is paid to inclusive education. Inclusive education is focused by international organizations, and it also occupies a priority place in the educational policy of EU countries. It is worth to note that important changes in school education are taking place not only in our country, but also in other European countries. In order to be able to improve the education in our region, it is very important to look after international experience, which has payed great attention to inclusive education. Analyzing the features of key terms and the chronology of the periodization of inclusive education will allow us to determine their level of effectiveness and adjust ways of modernizing inclusive education in Ukraine. The article theoretically analyzes the development of inclusive education, in particular inclusive education in Hungary. The interpretation of the concept of special educational needs (SEN) and its development in international regions was described in detail. An analysis was also carried out of how the categorization of people with SEN differs in the world and classification of individuals with SEN according to ISCED studies.
