Анотація
Abstract. The paper is a literature review, which aims to describe the main characteristics
of teacher-student communication, as well as the concept of a crisis situation
based on the available literature. Based on this, the paper can be divided into
three parts: the first part is about communication in general, the second is about
teacher-student communication at school, and the third part is about the main
characteristics of the crisis and crisis situation. All three topics have a very extensive literature base, so they are presented without the aim for completeness,
reflecting merely on some main literature sources. The author is looking for the
answer to whether it is justified to change the communication or to look for
new communication strategies in a life situation affected by a crisis.
