перспективі, зокрема, в контексті постійної зміни суспільного та економічного середовища. Автор вказує на необхідності поєднання традиційних філософських підходів з інноваційними стратегіями, спрямованими на
відповідь на виклики сучасності та досягнення успішних результатів у сфері вищої освіти.
Abstract. The article offers an analysis of the philosophical foundations of higher education institutions management, drawing attention to important aspects and principles underlying effective management in this area. Beginning with a discussion of the nature of education and its place in modern society, the author examines the role of higher education institutions as important institutions in shaping culture, developing science, and ensuring social progress. The relevance of the topic of developing the philosophical foundations of higher education management in the future can hardly be overestimated in the context of modern global challenges and transformations. The purpose of this article is to identify the philosophical foundations of higher education institutions management in order to improve the efficiency and social impact of these institutions. The article discusses various philosophical approaches to the management of higher education, in particular, in the context of classical, humanistic, pragmatic and critical philosophy. The author analyzes how the approaches affect strategic planning, decision-making, and interaction with stakeholders in higher education. The next aspect to be considered is the importance of ethical principles in the management of higher education. The article analyzes the ethical dilemmas faced by the heads of higher education institutions and suggests strategies for resolving such situations from the point of view of various philosophical trends. In addition, the article explores the impact of modern trends, such as globalization, technological progress, and market changes, on the philosophical foundations of higher education management. The author analyzes how changes in society affect the role and functions of higher education institutions and their management strategies.
