Структура готовності майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України до виконання службово-бойових завдань за призначенням

Abstract

Резюме. У статті досліджено структуру готовності майбутніх офіцерів Національної гвардії України до виконання службово-бойових завдань за призначенням. Зазначено, що готовність до будь якої діяльності розвивається на основі засвоєння загальних і фахових знань, формування професійних умінь та навичок, удосконалення сформованих професійно важливих якостей особистості, а в дослідженнях готовності до тієї чи іншої діяльності обов’язково має бути проведений структурний аналіз самої діяльності.

Abstract. The article examines the structure of readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to perform combat duties as assigned. It is noted that readiness for any activity develops on the basis of the acquisition of general and professional knowledge, the formation of professional skills and abilities, and the improvement of professionally important personal qualities. In studies of readiness for a particular activity, a structural analysis of the activity itself must be carried out. Based on the results of the analysis of the structure of readiness of specialists in the security and defense sector of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks (professional activities), it has been proven that the main components of this readiness are motivational (motivational-orientational, motivational-value, personal-motivational, motivational-volitional) component, which reflects a positive attitude towards the profession, intentions, interests, needs, and motives of professional activity; cognitive (theoretical, content-related, cognitive-reflective), which includes a set of professional knowledge; operational-activity (practical-activity, activity, activity-behavioral, activitytechnological, operational), which determines the skills and abilities necessary for the successful performance of professional activities. Taking into account the aspects of law enforcement and military activities, the specifics of the tasks performed by the state’s law enforcement agencies in general and the National Guard of Ukraine in particular, the following components have been identified in the structure of the readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to perform their official combat duties: motivational – motives for official combat activities, values and value orientations, personal potential, attitude to the performance of combat duties as assigned; cognitive – professional knowledge, content of combat duties as assigned; operational and activity-related – professional skills and abilities, quality of performance of combat duties as assigned. The identified components are considered in detail.
